This place is located close to the city centre and thermal springs attractions, making it convenient to explore all the tourist activities in the area. The room amenities are top-notch, with ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, and the electric kettle was perfect for making a cup of tea. The television and alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience. The carpeted floors added a touch of luxury and the dining bar/lounge area and outdoor dining area were great places to relax. The staff here were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Just an issue with no hot water in the unit at times, technical issue

The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location of the lodge was convenient, with several attractions and shops nearby. the staff were accommodating with our late check-in, which was a relief after a long day of travel.

the room itself was in need of some maintenance, with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and worn fittings.

The fact the the two rooms booked were not together and it appeared the the hotel staff were reluctant to change it may not have been possible.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and the lakefront. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the bathroom had ample space for toiletries.

Some maintenance issues were present in the hotel, such as broken lights and a wobbly fridge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and even allowed us a later check-out time, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, including the spa pool and access to streaming services like Netflix and YouTube, added to our overall comfort. The breakfast provided was generous and satisfying. Additionally, the staff were also helpful in providing advice for local attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was very spacious. There was a 42" flat screen tv supplied in the room which was awesome. The Spa filled up pretty quickly which was good.

Very clean nothing fancy therefore the price was quite excessive especially for a couple however worthwhile & suitable for a family.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was impressed by the spacious and modern room. The bathroom was clean and the entertainment system was excellent. The location was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near attractions and easy to access. Another advantage was the spa, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

There were some negatives to my stay. The walls were thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Large spacious rooms, spa bath. Very clean and warm. Easy access to town and things to do - supermarkets etc. Had Sky racing channel.
